It takes about 15 minutes to the venue by shuttle bus. You are not possible to book via the reservation site, the secretariat can book a room for your convenience. However, the payment has to be done in Korean Won by yourself on-site (Standard double: 90,000 KRW, Deluxe twin: 112,000 KRW).
Participants, who will be making a room reservation through us, please send an e-mail with the subject "Room Reservation" to the secretariat (asiadendro2024@gmail.com) by 15 August. Please send the dates you would like to stay at the hotel as well.
